The 1940s saw a boom in stylized ranchwear, made popular by singing country stars of the time. Fringe, embroidery, gabardine, and more, were common elements of western dress. It was common for women's garments to have arrow embroidery motifs on blouses, and skirt details. Cowgirl pinups were extremely popular in Art, as well as fashion and film. Any bombshell was seen in the Western theme!
